Company’s Coming…Help! By Pat & Howie Morgasen

You just got a text. All the people you invited over for dinner on Saturday night are coming.

OMG! What will I cook? Should I serve buffet style or sit-down? Suppose they don’t like what I’m serving? This is going to be a disaster.

I could always get take-out. Hmmm, that’s the lazy person’s way out.

Okay, I will have to bite the bullet and make something, and hopefully not make anyone sick along the way.

Have you ever felt this way?

Billy Joel famously sang, “A bottle of white, a bottle of red,

Perhaps a bottle of rose instead."

You could always set up your own little “Italian restaurant” and serve enough wine that your guests won’t care how bad (or good) your food is (ha ha ha).

If all else fails you can serve a bunch of appetizers and finger foods, some good wine, and some yummy, sweet desserts.

Whatever you decide to do, remember it’s all about

getting together with friends, having fun, and making memories.
