Hank’s Picks Week 8 By: Hank Indictor

How’s it going friends? We are back for Week 8 of the NFL Season and we’re already nearly halfway through! But of course this season always seems to fly by. Let’s get right into the meat and potatoes, here are my Week 8 picks!!

Thursday
Buccaneers vs. Bills (After their shocking and inexcusable loss to the fallen Empire, I think this is a week the Bills can bounce back. Josh Allen will have a strong enough performance against a teams that’s pretty much been falling back down to Earth so gimme the Bills!)

Sunday
Rams vs Cowboys (I think this game can be closer than the 6.5 spread would indicate. Having said that, I think the Cowboys are among the better teams in the league (yuck) and should be able to handle business as the Rams have had an up and down year. Gimme Dallas!)

Vikings vs Packers (Coin flip time!!!! Does the coin believe in the Kirk Cousins check mark? *Flips* Well yes it does. Gimme the Vikings!)

Saints vs Colts (Lets see a battle of two teams that are mid let’s get back to that coin flip! *Flips* Gimme the Saints!)

Patriots vs Dolphins (No contest here. I don’t care if Belichick will be playing another division rival he’s always historically struggled against Miami. Gimme the Phins!)

Jets vs. Giants (Behold. The MetLife Bowl!! Both of these teams need wins to save their season, although the Jets are on a mini win streak. Will that continue? And I think another question is can Tyrod lead the Giants to another victory. Ultimately I think the game will be a blood bath but you know what. Yours truly will be getting some more of that false hope. Gimme the G-Men!!)

Jaguars vs. Steelers (Here we have a battle of two teams that are good teams but aren’t quite great teams. I would say this is a coin toss here but ultimately the real coin toss here is the QBs and I’m going to go with Jacksonville here because Trevor Lawrence is him!! Gimme the Jaguars!)

Falcons vs Titans (Let me reach for the wallet again and take a coin *Flips* Gimme the Falcons let’s move on!)

Eagles vs Commanders (With Washington continuing their downward spiral in having less and less faith in them. And until they fire Ron Rivera I’ll be less likely to pick them anyways. Easy choice here. Gimme the Eagles!)

Browns vs Seahawks (After stealing a win thanks to Myles Garrett and the refs I don’t think Cleveland will be as lucky this week as they travel to the home of the 12s. Gimme the Brownies!)

Ravens vs Cardinals (Are the Ravens for real?! I don’t know that I’d go that far but against the Cardinals I would say that this is definitely my lock of the week. Gimme the Ravens!)

Chiefs vs. Broncos (This game could be played either in the Mile High or Pluto for all I care and I still wouldn’t even consider rolling with Broncos country here against K.C. Gimme the Chiefs!)

Bengals vs 49ers (Don’t look now but the Niners have lost a few in a row. Now they are coming up against a Bengals team coming off a bye week and a rested Joe Burrow. You know what this means?
Upset Special!! And as a certain colleague of the Network likes to say, “Don’t Disrespect the Bengals!”)

Bears vs. Chargers (Not even Brandon Staley can screw up a game against the Bears right?! RIGHT?! Gimme the Chargers but if they lose he shouldn’t be allowed back.)

Monday
Raiders vs Lions (What’s a good remedy for coming off a bad loss in Baltimore? Why the Raiders appearing next on the schedule of course. Gimme Detroit!)
