Musicians Dropping Scooter Braun Like A Bad Habit ~ The Real Truth About Scooter Braun By: Jennifer Kate

I'm back, and this blog will be ripping into the truth behind Scooter Braun and the mess happening with some of his music clients dropping him like a bad habit. Of course, I will get into the whole story of Scooter Braun and how we got to this point.

Braun was raised in Queens by Jewish parents. His grandparents survived the Holocaust. He has four siblings, two of whom were adopted. Braun became increasingly famous for throwing wild parties. He became Usher's manager; the two are now close friends and go on vacation together. He is also friends with Kayne West.

At 26, Scooter Braun discovered a 12-year-old Canadian boy with bangs and the voice of an angel on YouTube and decided to give him a chance as his client. You guys know his name because he quickly became one of the most famous names in the entire world...Justin Bieber. As far as we know, Braun is still Bieber's representative. At one point, there were rumors that the duo had parted ways. However, the talks were denied. Bieber has gone 30 months without releasing new music and has canceled his tour due to illness.

Now let's switch gears and talk about another big-name celebrity who was also working with Scooter Braun and has decided to go her way. Ariana Grande has opted to depart from Braun's music company. Billboard and People say, "Ariana and Scooter are friendly, but she's outgrown him and is excited to go in a different direction." A source close to the artist tells People, "Yes, there are negotiations happening because of contracts. But this is her choice. It's time for something new". Grande is one of many people to leave the company. Other names include J Balvin, Demi Lovato, Idina Menzel, Carly Rae Jepsen, BabyJake, and Asher Roth.

Demi Lovato started working with Scooter Braun in 2019. At the time, she said, "I couldn't be happier or more inspired and excited; thank you for believing in me," Braun responded, "I feel, we feel, very honored, welcome to the family." On August 22, 2023, a report from Billboard said, "It was time for Lovato to go in a new direction, even though she was thankful for her time with SB Projects.

Braun's career has aroused a lot of curiosity, as well as some hatred. In recent years, he has become one of the most controversial figures in pop culture because of his confrontation with Taylor Swift. Neither Swift nor her fans have forgiven him. Taylor harshly spoke against him at the 2019 Billboard Woman of the Decade award ceremony. Swift also accused Braun of being "the definition of the toxic male privilege in our industry."

Braun is no longer the manager of all those artists because he is not a manager anymore. Braun tweeted on August 22, 2023, "Breaking news... I'm no longer managing myself." This all goes back to April 2021, when he sold his company to the Korean K-pop group

Hybe, a transaction for which he received just over a billion dollars. The company's CEO left three months later; only this June did Braun become chairman of the firm.

But to wrap this up, Scooter Braun was trying to ruin the music industry, and the fans and artists stood up for themselves, which is a great thing because he became headstrong, and his ego got too inflated for his good. I'm thrilled he is no longer a manager, as he is tearing apart the biggest names in the music business. If I'm any big-name company, I will swoop in quickly because you can look good if they return with some great music, and then Scooter Braun will look like a fool.

But that about does it for me with this blog. I just have one final thing to say before i wrap this up: Taylor Swift fans, I'm glad she re-wrote her music and that it's killing the game because it again proves why Scooter Braun is an idiot and wasn't a good manager. Thank you for reading this blog. I hope you enjoyed it, and I'll see you guys in the next one.
